Our Story

Back Nine started the same way a lot of golf stories do — late to the game, not very good, but instantly hooked.

I picked up golf about two and a half years ago. I’ve never been the best golfer. I bogey a lot. I miss shots. I chunk wedges, lose balls, and rarely walk off the course bragging about my score. But I always show up, I always look good, and I always have fun doing it.

Somewhere along the way, I realized that’s kind of the point.

Golf isn’t just about playing well — it’s about the walk, the laughs, the fits, the bad breaks, and the stories you tell after the round. It’s about loving the game even when it doesn’t love you back. Especially then.

Back Nine is for the golfers who might not shoot par, but still play with confidence. The ones who care about the game, respect it, and enjoy every part of it — even the messier shots. We believe you can take golf seriously without taking yourself too seriously.
